1. Who you are contracting with
SpedioFleet Truck Loading Calculator (the "Service") is provided by IE Hryvul Denys, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine and trading as SpedioFleet ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing or otherwise using the Service, you enter into an agreement with IE Hryvul Denys. You can reach us at spediofleet@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age and, where you use the Service on behalf of a company, that you are authorised to bind that company.
3. What the Service does
The Service helps you plan how pallets and other cargo are arranged inside trucks and trailers, calculates approximate weight distribution and axle load, stores loading plans and notes, and offers an optional AI assistant. All results are planning aids only. You remain responsible for verifying loads against the vehicle documentation and applicable road, weight and safety regulations before driving.
4. Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or misleading activity;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone;
- upload malware, probe, scan or otherwise interfere with the security of the Service;
- scrape, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent plan limits;
- share a single account with users who do not hold their own licence.
6. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with the plan you selected. IE Hryvul Denys retains ownership of the Service, its software, design, branding and documentation. You keep ownership of the loading plans, notes and other content you create, and you grant us the limited right to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. AI assistant
The optional AI assistant answers questions about truck loading. Its output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional, legal or regulatory advice. Always verify AI suggestions yourself. You are responsible for what you enter into the assistant and for how you use its answers.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates and third-party outages may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Plans, payment and subscriptions
The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account page — access continues until the end of the paid period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions purchased inside a mobile app distributed through an app store are billed and managed by that store instead.

11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends; contact us within 30 days if you need to export your saved plans, after which the data may be deleted.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
14. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights. We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign it without our consent. Questions: spediofleet@gmail.com.
