Privacy Notice

Last updated: 30 July 2026

1. Who we are

IE Hryvul Denys, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine and trading as SpedioFleet, provides SpedioFleet Truck Loading Calculator and acts as the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at spediofleet@gmail.com.

2. What we collect and why

  • Account data (email address, password hash, sign-in provider, account creation date) — to create and secure your account and to authenticate you. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • Content you create (loading plans, cargo names, notes, settings) — to provide the Service and sync your plans. Legal basis: contract.
  • Subscription data (plan, status, renewal date, purchase source, payment history records) — to give you the right level of access and show your billing history. Legal basis: contract.
  • AI assistant messages — sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. Do not include personal or confidential information in prompts. Legal basis: contract.
  • Technical data (IP address, device and browser type, error and request logs) — for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working service.

Much of the app works offline: loading plans and notes can be stored locally on your device, and that local data is not sent to us unless you are signed in and the plan is saved to your account.

3. Payment data

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and independently handles billing, tax and invoicing. App store purchases are processed by the relevant store.

4. Who we share data with

  • Hosting, database and authentication providers that run the Service on our behalf.
  • Our AI provider, for processing assistant messages.
  • Paddle, as Merchant of Record for sales, subscription management, payments, tax and invoicing.
  • App stores, where you purchased a subscription through them.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion, so the account can be restored on request. Transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period, typically up to 12 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Write to spediofleet@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level access controls in our database and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use only essential cookies and browser storage: to keep you signed in, remember your language, theme and app settings, and to cache the app for offline use. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this data in your browser settings, but the app may then sign you out and lose locally saved plans.

10. Children

The Service is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this notice; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
